What better way to celebrate the arrival of autumn than with a new coat? Thanks to my mum, I can keep warm this season in this gorgeous tan coat. It makes a change from my usual black or fur coats and I’m loving that the fur collar is easily detachable. The most surprising thing? It’s from Sainsbury’s! Or, I should say, TU clothing.

Admittedly, I’ve been feeling a little down lately after putting on post-grad weight and trying to adjust to adult life whilst freelancing, it’s been hard! But a few days at home with my parents, a bit of retail therapy and a refreshing autumnal walk is just what I needed.

Like I said, I love this coat; the colour, the fur collar and the button detailing. The only thing I would complain about is its lack of pockets – why do fashion designers think it’s okay to sew up women’s pockets on everything? I’m sure this is a feminist issue!
